Not every time indomie, sometimes switch things up and experiment a little. This spicy thai noodle recipe is perfect for the holidays because you finally have a little bit of time on your hands to make something really delicious. The great thing about this recipe is it’s super easy to make – just pay attention to the steps (we can’t lie, there are a few) and you’ll be good to go.
There is something about the sweetness of the soy and brown sugar mixed with the hot sauce and pepper flakes that will literally leave your tastebuds salivating for more. Go on, have another serving – It’s Christmas 🙂

Ingredients
1 pound linguine
2 tablespoons olive oil
2 large eggs beaten
1/2 tsp red pepper flakes
2 tablespoons brown sugar
1.5 tablespoons hot sauce
2 inches fresh ginger
1 handful fresh cilantro
4 green onions chopped
1/4 cup peanuts
1/3 cup soy
Preparation method
- Boil pasta ad set aside
- Combine brown sugar, soy sauce, hot sauce, ginger, whisk well to combine
- In stock pot add 1 tablespoon olive oil add eggs and pepper flakes, stir to scramble. set aside
- Add remaining tablespoon oil, add pasta and eggs, pour sauce mixture, coat pasta. remove from heat and add peanuts, green onions, and cilantro. stir to combine.
*If adding protein cook after eggs and set aside. add towards the end.
