During the weekend, popular entertainer and musician Falzthebahdguy took to social media in search of a girl, “Onyeanyi Chiamaka Faith” who apparently used the superstar as the subject matter of university final project.
Falz posted the cover of the final project titled, “Language Use In The Entertainment Industry: A Case Study On Falzthebahdguy” on his instagram page with the caption “Somebothy find deez babe for me plix!!”

Although Falz might not yet have joined the ranks of international celebrities like Beyonce and Pharrell who already have university courses currently being taught that are named after them, it is quite inspiring to see that the work that artists like Falz and others are doing isn’t being classed simply as mere entertainment and sidelined.
Aside from the International recognition these artists bring to the Nigerian music industry as a whole with their music – it is slowly becoming clear that their musical art is essentially a representation and culmination of their life and experiences as musicians and especially as Nigerians, therefore their work and accomplishments should indeed be praised, examined, taught and preserved as part of our culture and even required education.
